The cunning reworking of a gourd into a fairy house looks at home in any garden and ages really well when left outside all year. The outside of the gourd is covered with little knobbles, and windows have been set into the sides at different levels to let light in and an opening front door

The front door opens for humans and the gourd stands 20cm high. The Striped Gourd fairy house is weatherproof- just oil the door hinge every so often to prevent rust.
